Ok, the page on Knights of the Ebon Blade said they are freed of the Lich King's power. This page says they are sent by him? Rolandius

Undeath?
- Undead? Not all death knights are undead, Arthas is one of the best examples. Darion does not seem to be undead, he just seems to be like various members of the scourge, humans (or other races) that gave into the temptations of the dark. It even SAYS it. Hell the player isnt a undead they just gave into the temptations (unless you rolled a undead dk ofcourse xD). This article needs to appear at Darion Mograine, not Highlord Darion Mograine. WW:NCA is pretty clear about this. His first and last name are known, therefore no title should be included in the article name. This is why we have Alexandros Mograine rather than Highlord Alexandros Mograine, Renault Mograine rather than Scarlet Commander Renault Mograine, Saidan Dathrohan rather than Grand Crusader Saidan Dathrohan, etc. --Tyrsenus t c 02:15, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

Early Hint of Existence?
Hanging out at Light's Hope Chapel, and watching the conversation at the inn, Dawnbringer mentions "It was your leadership that manipulated a grieving child to try to recover the sword. A child that has grown into a man with nothing but vengeance and hatred in his heart! And for what? You are no closer to the sword now than you were five years ago." Having read the questline and dialogue of the deathknight it hit me: This uncannily describes Darion Mograine. The great love of a son that would lead to great grief and bad decisions, a son considered too young to stand with his father in battle, and who would have more vengeance and hated in their heart than a deathknight? - It still could be Renault, he was manipulated by Kel'thuzad and Balnazzar (the latter leading the Crusade at the time) to atleast kill Alexandros. I doubt the scourge getting hold of the Ashbringer was in balnazzar's planning and hence "you are no closer to the sword now...". But i should digress, i actually hope its Darion myself since it makes it cooler, and yet i wouldnt include it as a speculation without mentioning the possibility that its Renault. Age?
If Darion is younger than Renault, that leaves me with two questions: One, how old - exactly - is Darion? Renault was probably no more than nineteen by the time WoW started, if he was 15 when he became a paladin after the Third War. Given the fact that Renault is probably dead by this point, and time passes a bit slower than RL (evidently, it's only been two years since WoW or whatever), Darion is at least a year younger than Renault. (By the gods, the Ebon Blade is ruled by a KID?)
Secondly - if the kids weren't even ten years old by the time of the Alliance Expedition (and, as implied by Fairbanks, there are only the two boys)...how did any of them even set foot on Draenor, let alone fight in that war? Expansion
I've just gotten my hands on the first issue of the Ashbringer series, and I thought I'd expand a bit on Darion's article. The article, in my opinion, isn't particularly well-formatted at the moment, but that's probably only because we don't know too much about Darion yet (or if we learn more about him in the expansion than is revealed in the DK start quests, I haven't heard it). Anyway, I wasn't quite sure if this addition breaks the "flow" of the article, or if my citation was sufficient - never worked with citations before on WoWWiki. J
