-The proc on this card is not always consistent at 10% - Unintelligible, like all random procs in WoW, the proc is never consistent,that's why they're random.

Huh? Consistent probability is a form of consistency. I don't know what the original quote means, but I don't know what you mean either. JoshuaRodman 13:00, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

-- What I was saying was that it's unpredictable. It does not state 'will work every 10th death', therefore you can not say 'not always consistent at 10%', especially when you have such as small sample population, personal deaths, unlike say weapon procs. Zequel
