Deadmines Cleaver Edit

Hi!

Is there a reason why "Deadmines Cleaver" isn't added to the loot? According to WoWhead (http://www.wowhead.com/item=1927) it just drops from Defias Henchman who can be found predominently right in front of the instance. Probably because it doesn't drop inside the instance itself, but I don't see an issue with adding it if the mobs are just outside the instance. Raylan13 (talk) 17:16, April 7, 2012 (UTC)
