Much like the Abyss Shard and the Charm of Swift Flight, a once great trinket has been made entirely worthless. I don't know how to fix the tooltip or I would; here's the text from Wowhead.
Devilsaur Tooth Binds when picked up Trinket +5 Agility Use: Increases your pet's attack power by 200 for 20 sec. (2 Min Cooldown)
