Lost questsEdit

I did  [57] Stormers and Rumblers the other day, but found it strange he didn't offer  [56] Poisoned Water, have since found out that it apparently have been removed. What about the rest of the questline, he didn't offer  [60] Eye of the Emberseer either, so I guess that's gone too, perhaps along with the rest of the questline?
