This article looks pretty complete to me so I removed one of the stub tags. Will remove the others unless someone reverts the stub tag change I made in the next few days. -Manaman

NationEdit

Am I correct in assuming that Durotar is not only the name of this area, but the blanket name for the Orcish nation as a whole? --Pure.Wasted 19:45, 30 September 2006 (EDT)

Yes. I'm pretty sure in the Bonus Campaign of The Frozen Throne it says that they settled the 'nation' of Durotar. Saimdusan 01:20, 4 December 2006 (EST)

Durotar Edit

I don't remember the WW2 storyline too well but i remember after the Dark Portal was destroyed the remaining orc clans either continued the second war or settled down somewhere. Did the alliance know about the establishment of Durotar or they just didn't care since the Horde was no longer a threat to them? -- TheOneCalledRed 2nd of December 06'

Those events are covered in Warcraft III, not warcraft II. For events covered between Warcraft II and III read, Lord of the Clans.Baggins 16:02, 2 December 2006 (EST)

Population Edit

Where do the population totals come from? They contradict the information shown in Lands of Mystery. According to that book, the population is made up of of 65% Orc, 20% Troll, 15% Tauren, 8% Forsaken and 2% Human. --Austin P 13:10, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

Quest Section Edit

I made a table version of the quests and linked to it, however would it be better to have the table version in the main article and a link to the questing guide? --Jiyambi 20:49, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Changes by Cataclysm? Edit

Anybody heard if Durotar will be changed somehow?Gorvar (talk) 07:55, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

If a zone was on the coast then you can expect some degree of change but we don't know anything about what all the zones will look like. Leviathon (talk) 07:58, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
Nothing specific was shown at BlizzCon with regards to Durotar. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 08:12, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

It says on Wowhead Echo Isles was retaken by Darkspear trolls Hallowseve15 (talk) 12:42, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

This is gleaned from datamined information in the patch 3.3.3 files; it won't go into the article until it's either in-game or we have a confirmation from Blizzard that this will happen. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:43, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
