Talk:East of Burning Steppes

So it says its a gray like desert terrain. I think we should change the name to the "Burning Desert" or something like that.Hallowseve15 (talk)Hallowseve Template:Raceiconext
- Fannames are not allowed. The actual name isn't valid either but it's just a descrpition, not a fan-invented name. Benitoperezgaldos (talk) 18:21, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Edit
Should this page perhaps include some mention of Twilight Highlands, as this is almost certainly going to be inserted in the space east of Burning Steppes/Wetlands and north of Redridge? The space currently found east of Burning Steppes matches the development team's map of the future zone exactly in size, geography and topography. Boiled elephant (talk) 10:52, January 27, 2010 (UTC)
- Given this map released at BlizzCon, Twilight Highlands will be located East of the Wetlands and will not extend south beyond Loch Modan, which is north of the Badlands.

- Now that IS interesting. I wonder what East of B.S. will be, then? Not to put too fine a point on it, but it's very terraformed and looks rather like it's waiting to be somewhere. Anyway. Boiled elephant (talk) 17:30, January 27, 2010 (UTC)
- According to the map Blizz, East of the Burning Steppes will remain nothing.

- More specifically, it will probably end up as a more literal nothing given that they're updating the entire world map for flight. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:01, January 27, 2010 (UTC)
- Now I think about it, should this article mention the weird topographic features of this region? For: it's clearly not devoid of features and contains a zillion invisible walls, strange ditches and valleys and more than one unexplainable cliff. Against: conforming to the ToS, we shouldn't know this. Boiled elephant (talk) 17:53, May 25, 2010 (UTC)
- It's not relevant. All of those features you mentioned are a result of it being unincorporated filler terrain. What's more, it will likely no longer exist in this form come Cataclysm, so it's a moot point. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:34, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

Shouldn't this article simply go the way of Western Tirisfal Glades and the like? -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 17:10, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Probably.... it doesn't really contain anything other than it's location. User:Coobra/Sig4 17:20, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
