Been having doubts on whether this is better than Enchant Weapon - Mongoose when you think about it practically. If you're a rogue you'd probably gonna choose 2xMongoose since it can stack, but an MS warrior or Retadin should definitely get Executioner imo. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Artex (talk · contr).

Changing "It does not stack"

It stacks; I get 1008 armor penetration when it procs, as I have 168 base armor penetration. Unless, of course, this meant that the buff does not stack, so I am rewording it because it got me confused. Kanaru discussion 21:08, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

Effect?
