I believe since Patch 1.7, Buzzek Bracketswing in Gadgetzan is the only trainer who can train you from 225 to 300. My gnome engineer went to Oglethorpe Obnoticus in Booty Bay, but could not train to 300, even though she is a gnome engineer.
