Looking for confirmation - From what I saw last night (my guild's first past the Curator) the Transference debuff doesn't actually spawn any more monsters. Rather it directs healing towards other Spellfilchers that are already spawned (assuming the one being fought is now dead) and immediately aggros them if they are not in combat. Because they can phase out some, it merely looks like they are spawned.

- I'm pretty sure these mobs phase, like the Spell Wraiths, and can be seen with Detect Invisible. The healing bounce is a known issue. Stillfresh 12:25, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
- These mobs do not phase. Spell Wraiths are the only mobs in Karazhan that will phase shift. --Kochira 19:34, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
I've researched this a little further and I've noticed that Spell Wraith type mobs (the ones that phase and cast single target bolts) have occasionally bugged -- we found one roaming the lower halls in a strange pathing and after killing it, a large number of upper tower groups eventually reached us resulting in a wipe, and others have mentioned this issue.
I expect that the above noted behavior may have been combined with a bugged Spell Wraith receiving a heal via Transference, resulting in an additional mob set pull.
I'm removing the note for now as I've been unable to verify the issue on the bug forums, but if you would like to add it back, please add a reference. --Kochira 18:20, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
