the 20% discount doesn't begin until a player reaches 999 in this bar (the maximum it allows).

Is this true? I just got a reputation to Exalted and checked the vendors, and I got the 20% discount. I then got the reputation up to 999, checked the vendors again, and the prices had not changed. This is not true, you could have 1/999 rep into exalted and still get the full discount, not sure who added that. User:Coobra/Sig4 21:34, January 26, 2010 (UTC)

Did some hunting. Apparently I did. Don't know why, as I KNOW that's not true.
