Nonbinding drop still in 2.4 Edit

A friend got the nonbinding world drop as of last night (3/28) so this is still in the game. It appears a BOP recipe has been added to the game and drops off of Kael'thas in Magister's Terrace.--Scrotch 23:20, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
