Actually, I believe this to be untrue. I've been told that you gain back 20% of your maximum energy each tick. Most of the time, this is 20 energy, true. However with the extra 10 energy from the talent (Vigor?), you would actually regenerate 22 energy - a significant difference.

Test it in-game and modify the page if you see that it works the way you said :) Stilpu 10:11, 22 Oct 2005 (EDT)

Well, my guildies report that this does not happen. With or without Vigor, they say to regen 20 energy per tick. Stilpu 04:22, 1 Dec 2005 (EST)

On my 60 rogue with Vigor, it appears that I sometimes get an extra point of energy regen (21 per tick instead of 20). I'm not sure of the exact rate, but I estimate it happens every 3 or 4 ticks. It would be interesting to see if this stacks with the +energy effect of nightslayer, but he's not in a raiding guild so I won't be finding out anytime soon. --Scrotch 20:31, 31 December 2006 (EST)
