FrostbiteEdit

Who says that frostbite is a great talent? For regular leveling, maybe, but for AoE grind, you NEED predictability. Just a 15% chance doesn't justify the added stress of dealing with frozen mobs. If we don't outright remove that section, we should at least add in a controversy line or two.

Please sign your name. Additionally, the frostbite talent works great fro Blizzard, as with the 65% snare and 8 chances it's got a good probability of freezing targes. Add in shatter for an extra 50% crit chance and Ice shards making crits double the normal damage, and you can practically kill the mobs before they have a chance to escape your first blizzard chain. Talent ChangesEdit

The information about Blizzard having the best snare is incorrect: It has a 50% snare with only three talents, it requires the additional 3 in Permafrost to raise it to 60% and another five in Chilled to the Bone to raise it to the 65% this article claims it has with only the three points in Improved Blizzard. These duration increases also improve Cone of Cold, meaning that both can have up to 65% snare. While I am going to edit this to fix the facts, I suspect that this will set off alot of the CoC vs. Blizz arguments. Someone with more knowledge should address this. Personally, I prefer Blizz. I AM SRAX, HARBINGER OF HAIL AND SUMMONER OF SNOW! MUAHAHAHA! Razzik (talk) 02:47, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

TalentsEdit

I was thinking that despite the amount of talents needed to Frost AOE grind efficiently there is very little guidance in the form of actual talent speccing. I think that posting a talent build would be good for this section. My suggestion is Frost AOE Build if anyone has any input on what should or should not be included please post here, if no one has any issues with this build I till put it on the Frost AoE grinding page. --IcarusXLII (talk) 00:35, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
