Nothing whatsoever. They're spelled differently and in entirely unrelated instances. Bethek (one k) is a dark iron dwarf, while Bethekk (two ks) is the troll's panther loa. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 03:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
