In my opinion this thread is not really accurate for World Wide progress. It is more or less just US guilds that get talked about here. If you have a look at Nihilums progress on their website (www.nihilum.co.uk) their progress is faster than all of the guilds, except Death and Taxes. The problem seems to be that they are from an EU server, so they seem to get little or no recognition here.
