Question of effects

How does this work? Will it also reduce the global cooldown for spells? -- LarsPensjo 09:29, 20 April 2007 (EDT)

Can someone answer this question? Haste is worthless for Druids if it doesn't reduce the GCDRye 15:24, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
At least Berserking's haste effect does not reduce the global cooldown's duration. I tested it with Scorch; with a cast time of 1.05 sec, I was not able to spam it without having to wait for the GCD. I'm not sure whether this is true for all haste effects. --bfx 09:43, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
Haste effects will never reduce the global cooldown

Does haste affect ppm effects? That is, do ppm mechanics take haste into account, giving the same procs per minute regardless of haste rating, or does haste increase the number of procs? Flowers 19:42, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

This page really needs a description explaining WHAT haste is. It has excellent details on HOW it works, but there is no real explaination what haste is with respect to the average user. "Haste increases attack speed" - In what way? For what weapons? With what skills? With what abilities? Many people understand that haste will 'speed up attacks' somehow - but they have no clue on how it actually works. --Savant 16:35, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Also of use would be a table of all items and effects that provide Haste.--ScratchMonkey (talk) 18:14, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

Haste Cap?

Does anyone know if there is a cap to the speed that haste can reduce to? A friend told me it's 1.00 AS but I've gone to 0.99 a while back on my druid. Novawolf (talk) 23:37, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
