I'm slightly confused why you talk about aggro and tanks in PvP. players cannot be tanked because they just go for whichever target they like. then the part about cc is very misleading. the only cc a priest has is psycic scream and mind control. psycic scream has a long recharge so isn't very efficient and the chances of mind control lasting the full duration are next to nothing. if the target doesn't break out of your control you'll be attacked almost immediately and be totally helpless. Since I've never leveled a twink I don't know what is required but I would work on the points I've mentioned.
