Given that it seems the final comment on this page, about it being a possible hero class, is referring to WoW proper, I think that should be deleted. Blizzard already attempted plainsrunning, which turned out all but disastrous, so I doubt they would implement a class that uses plainsrunning as something of a core mechanic.
