Kinda dubious.. but i often get healthstones from locks..and usually they are 1200 health, but sometimes they are 1440 health. makes me think the improved thing also works for others.

This talent does work for others. In fact it it creates a different unique item so 3 warlocks with different levels of this talent could give the main tank of a raid a 1200, 1320, and 1440 HP healthstone for a very long fight such as Onyxia.
