Does anyone know whether or not Improved Righteous Fury is multiplicative or additive? If it was multiplicative, the total increase to threat generation would be 1.5 x 60% = 90%, and were it additive, it would be 50% + 60% = 110%, mirroring Warrior's Defensive Stance threat increase, though only for Holy damage. How much threat will you get from healing with Imp. RF?
Regular healing = 0.5
Paladin healing = 0.5*0.5 = 0.25
With Righteous Fury = 0.25*1.9 = 0.475
