Effect on +damage Edit

How does this talent affect the amount of +damage applied to the spell? Does the damage per tick remain the same, thus gaining the spell a greater +damage coefficient, or perhaps does the +damage coefficient remain the same, thus decreasing the damage per tick? This question was asked by a PvP player who would prefer to keep the ticks higher, but i couldn't answer. --Corrodias 21:52, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
