Maybe I misunderstand but didn't Blizzard stated that Zul'jin, actual ruler of Zul'Aman, is in fact the title earned by Jin'zakk? "...After defeating this brutal quartet, you gain access to the innermost reaches of Zul'Aman, home to Hex Lord Malacrass, and the big man himself, Zul'jin. Jin'Zakk earned his lofty title by weaving the dark magic that enslaved the animal gods, but alas, his in-game representation was as inert as the lynx and eagle lords'..." source

Jin'zakk is not in game, he was apparently replaced with someone else, named Malacrass (sp?). The old E3 information is outdated, or may have been inaccurate to begin with.Baggins 17:45, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Well... I don't know. If the original source told about Jin'zakk we can't change the name cited to Malacrass. At E3 Malacrass wasn't cited at all... --N'Nanz 17:56, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

This article is about Jin'zakk which is only an RPG source. This article has nothing to do with Malacrass. There is no Jin'Zakk in the current Zul'aman. Yes I agree, the E3 people didn't cite their information or show screenshots. However, its still out dated info if anything should just be removed from the Zul'aman article, and just put into footnote references below, as we now have more up to date info. To clarify Jin'zakk was the ruler of Zul'aman, specifically the area known as the Shrine of Ulatek, before the start of World of Warcraft. We don't know if he lost that position or died. But he's not in-game and as far as I know we do not even visit the Shrine of Ulatek section of Zul'aman.--Baggins 18:00, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Surely Baggins, but we can't modify a source (like Gamespy) because it's considered out of date. In my opinion Jin'zakk and Zul'jin are the same person (Zul'jin being only a title earned by the warlord as WoWRPG talks about) --N'Nanz 18:20, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Actually N'nanz the problem is you aren't reading the original E'3 report. In it Jin'Zakk was the "Hex Lord Jin'Zakk", not the Warlord. The Hexlord was is Malacrass currently. Zul'jin and Jin'Zakk were not the same character in the E'3 report.Baggins 18:23, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
The original quote is;
"After defeating this brutal quartet, you gain access to the innermost reaches of Zul'Aman, home to Hexxlord Jin'Zakk, and the big man himself, Zul'Jin. Jin'Zakk earned his lofty title by weaving the dark magic that enslaved the animal gods, but alas, his in-game representation was as inert as the lynx and eagle lords'. We got a brief taste of Zul'Jin, however."[1]--Baggins 18:25, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
Its rather obvious that the report specifically states that Zul'jin and Jin'Zakk are seperate beings, so no Jin'Zakk is not Zul'jin at all.--Baggins 18:25, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
I can also guerrentee that according to Lands of Conflict, Zul'Jinn and Jin'Zakk were seperate beings as well, the book discusses both.Baggins 18:34, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

I think we should add the exact quote from Gamespy in the article, so that people interpret the information as they wish. Benitoperezgaldos (talk) 04:44, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
