Spell Power coefficient?

Do we know what the coefficient is for the amount healed, and is it the Paladin's spell power or the attacker's that is used?-- FarFromUnique (talk) 22:15, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

I took the formula from wowhead tooltip & comments: spell & attack power are those of the paladin, and both use a coefficient of 0.1. -- Harveydrone 22:21, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
