I think Cenarius only fathered Celebras, Zaetar, and Remulos, and the rest of the Keepers of the Grove are offspring of those three. Similar to how Zaetar's relations with Princess Fugly spawned the Centaur, so did their relations with... whatever... spawn the Children of Cenarius. Speaking of which... who the hell is the mother of these things? Some other elemental goddess of some kind perhaps? --Anticrash 16:21, 5 Jan 2006 (EST)

Celebras is explicitly stated to be Remulos' son, not Cenarius'. What's your reason for thinking that Cenarius didn't have any other sons besides Remulos and Zaetar, when many Keepers and dryads are referred to as his sons and daughters? --Aeleas 17:02, 6 Jan 2006 (EST)

They all trace their ancestry to Cenarius and his teaching. Hence, all Keepers and Dryads are his sons and daughters, spritiually, if not emotionally. Ragestorm 08:11, 9 Mar 2006 (EST)

Reproduction?

So we know that all KoTGs and Dryads are either children of Cenarius or offspring thereof, but... erm... how do they... reproduce? KoTGs are like... four times the size of Dryads... do they lay eggs? What?

Please sign your posts. Well, I suppose that's a good question, though I think four times isn't quite correct- seeing as how dryads stand a bit taller than Night Elves, that could make a Keeper as tall as a Sea Giant- about 0.5 times as big, if that much. Their upper half is Night Elf, and their lower halves are deer, it's logical to assume that they reproduce via gamete meiosis (in the same way that both deer and night elves do). information about the mating habits of Cenarions is not exactly an urgent sector of lore. --Ragestorm 21:33, 20 July 2006 (EDT)
While certainly nothing to do with lore, I sometimes can't help wondering what their internal anatomy is like (maybe that's the budding doctor in me). But think about their digestion... they must have looooooong intestines! :O And where's the heart, liver and kidneys? In the lower or upper part? Hmm, maybe they have two sets of each. /end pointless ramble --  Varghedin  talk / contribs 11:25, 19 January 2007 (EST)
C.S. Lewis theorized that centaurs must eat six meals a day, three for their human stomach and three for their horse stomach, confirmin that they had two of each. As for reproductive organs, they would either be located on the deer part of their bodies, near the hind legs, or else hidden behind the fur at the bottom on the night elf torso. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 14:13, 19 January 2007 (EST)
As far as i can think it would not be smart to have your reproductive organs on your chest or stomach as you say. Think about getting hit in the groin (ouch!) then think about having you groin on you chest in such a world, that would mean Fireball in groin! but perhaps that was how Grom defeated Cenarius. -Rovdyr

I think you've grabbed the wrong end of the stick. By "bottom of the night elf torso", I was referring to the groin area, which may or may not be the groin area, hence the whole point of this discussion. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 17:52, 23 January 2007 (EST)

Yea..

Yea and whos Cenarius' mate? Are there any keepers in WOW? --Ramming pure 07:10, 25 January 2007 (EST)

Immaculate conception? Oh, and sign your posts please. ---- Varghedin Varghedin  talk / contribs 20:01, 19 January 2007 (EST)
If Elune couldn't manage immaculate conception, I doubt her son would. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 23:27, 19 January 2007 (EST)
Yeah, it was a joke :) It is hard to imagine what his mate could be though, since he was the first of his kind, and the first dryad was his daughter. Hmm. Aessina? ---- Varghedin Varghedin  talk / contribs 08:41, 20 January 2007 (EST)
Hmm... perhaps. Maybe he had a sister we don't know about? (that's very common in mythology) For all we know, it could have been Aviana. Interesting lore difficulty there.--Ragestorm (talk · contr) 10:17, 20 January 2007 (EST)

Alliance?

KOTGs seem more neutral. Its true that their close to night elves but they haven't really taken part in the war agaisnt the horde. --Ramming pure 04:38, 31 January 2007 (EST)
