Overbudget item?Edit

I've noticed that these leg plates are vastly superior to Valorous Dreadnaught Legguards, 13 item levels above the Legguards of Abandoned Fealty, and possibly superior to other tank gear as well. Has anyone else noticed this as well? Gerale (talk) 20:01, November 8, 2009 (UTC)
