Strategy Edit

Reapplied the 03:48, 25 April 2006 edit by Janus that made the first number listed be 75% rather than 25%. What to do at 25% is listed last in the strategy, so it seems that the strategy is using percent remaining of mob health to specify actions, not amount of damage done.
