Still a joke talent?

The introduction to this page was written before the talent was buffed. Has the buff changed the talent's reputation?

It's still a joke...too long of a CD, breaks on damage(this is mostly useful for AoE damage thus negating the charges...5 renews would be better) and just...sucks... Acecow 02:05, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

You do realize you can use this while stunned, feared, or sapped.... right? its excelent in pvp and for pve its can be good when you know your going to camp. Lost-Blue 04:11, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
