Have removed Goblin and Gnome Engineering trainers from under Horde as I know from experience - and research that they are not Masters - they can't teach Artisan level engineering - only specialised engineering. Can anyone confirm this?

there is only one trainer that teaches the Expert skill level and one trainer
that teaches the Artisan skill level in the world per faction.

(Gathering professions can be trained to Master as early as 38)

There appears to be no minimum level for Master gathering professions; my character took Master Mining at level 27 (Noor on Maiev realm) Merlyn 23:20, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
