Pattern: Thick Murloc Armor

Formula: Enchant Bracer - Lesser Deflection

When I found him, he had

Design: Blazing Citrine Ring

Design: Heavy Iron Knuckles

Pattern: Icy Cloak

as well as the Sagefish and Bracer recipes, but he did not have Thick Murloc Armor. Apparently he rotates his stock.
