I've added a notes section and a note about this elite catching players.

I've been killed by this elite so many times its lost all amuesement for me, not to mention he's obviously chewed out more then his fair share of un-awares players in his time, so I've added it to notes, and hopefully new players will know to be more wary of their surroundings when in vicinity of this guy. Seriously, he just seems to jump out of nowhere, if I worked at Blizzard the guy who put him there would be fired by now, lol... --Nurizeko
