I believe that, just like the freewheeler merchants Kris Legace and the Defias Profiteer, he is part of the Venture Company, albeit not very loyal ;) also [1] shows that he is "Venture Armor Salesman". --Tinkerer 09:46, 29 October 2006 (EST)
