He is a very hard boss if the raid attempting to kill him is unorganized. Most raids with experience with end-game content will have no trouble killing him if they move out of Starfall. He is fairly easy to kite but he seems to reset once going about halfway through Felwood. He just disappears which seems to be his resetting. Bajo 18:29, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
Kiting[]
The most recent comments on Wowhead (patch 3.0.8) suggest that Omen can no longer be kited past the bridge [1], so that section is most likely obsolete now.
This matches my experience - I saw some players trying to kite him today and he would never go far enough to get to Nighthaven, let alone outside of Moonglade. Magus424 (talk) 20:31, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
