Talent Links

All the links to the leveling specs are broken. If anyone knows what they were replace them with updated links and also put some kind of summary in the article so we don't run into the same problem again Farlox (talk) 08:26, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Block Rating

How important is Block Rating gear for AOE prot grinding?

Since Block Rating improves your block chance, and every block deals reactive damage, I'd think Block Rating would be at least somewhat useful.

What makes the Lower City Prayerbook an AOE grinding trinket, then? Is it just the spell damage from the healing bonus? Artaxiel (talk) 02:54, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Shields

[54] [Skullflame Shield]: This shield was definitely NOT worth the 400g I paid for it. True, it lasted me until 62 when I purchased the [Petrified Lichen Guard], but there was another shield that was a quest reward for one of the first Thrallmar quests that was equal to or slightly superior to it in stats; of course, I got that shield at [58]. Both effects have a lousy proc rate and never accounted for more than 3% of my damage combined. This shield should be taken off the gear list for AoE grinding pallies. [62] [Petrified Lichen Guard]: This is the best shield I have ever had as an AoE grinding Paladin. The DoT stacks up to 5x and refreshes every time you block; according to recount, this now accounts for 10% of my damage, right behind Consecrate and Holy Shield. The [Skullflame Shield] is for grinding pre-BC content. The amount of money you can make in an hour wiping out Stratholme and disenchanting everything is quite amazing. ~~ PrimaxAUS (talk) 05:21, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

Trinkets

I see no reason why the lower city prayer book should be on the list. Any aoe grinding pally is better off with figurine of the colossis and any other tanking trinket. Pumus (talk) 03:22, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
