I went to the guy who is said to give the quest, im lvl 70 but i cant get it from him and i know i havent completed it, is there a pre-quest i need to do? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dunnsworth (talk · contr).

Please sign your posts, and since I don't know exactly what you have done, try speaking to Seer Jovar in Nagrand, He sends you to SMV, perhaps that is what is needed first.
