He is working at the North West side of Forge Camp Hate in Western Nagrand (directly North West of the quest-giver) right along the lake. He faces eastward and you can loop around from the south along the west side of the water in so that the other outlying mobs can be avoided.

He can easily be killed by two skilled players with classes that balance eachother out; a healer is a must.
