Rend is ineffective while grinding your average non-elite mob, especially at higher levels, since a decently-geared warrior should not be taking anywhere near the full 21 seconds (Rank 7 Rend) to finish a kill. - My0p1c 22:56, 23 April 2006 (EDT)
