Shared cooldown with HearthstoneEdit

Can anyone confirm if these rings share a cooldown with [Ruby Slippers] or [Hearthstone]? -Howbizr (talk) 20:06, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

I don't know for sure, but it seems like it would defeat the purpose if it did. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:08, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
I felt that way when I first learned that [Ruby Slippers] are basically a hearthstone built into shoes. -Howbizr (talk) 20:11, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
The difference here is that the ring specifically teleports you to Dalaran. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 21:04, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
The " rings " are now on a 30 minutes just like the Inv misc rune 01 [Hearthstones] - I have a ring on the PTR and have verified it. -- ( Morph | Contribs | Talk ) 16:54, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
If it's not too much trouble Morph, when you use your ring on the PTR, does it also show your actual hearthstone on cooldown as well (aka, is it a shared cooldown)? -Howbizr (talk) 17:50, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
They are on seperate cooldowns from the Hearthstones - I can Hearth and then when I show up a the destination, I can immediatly use my Ring to go to Dalaran. -- ( Morph | Contribs | Talk ) 18:20, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Rep Edit

Does anyone know the price change at different reps? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lyco (talk · contr).

Any and all items sold by vendors associated with rep factions get cheaper as your rep increases. The ring vendor is of Kirin Tor rep, thus the rings have the usual rep discount for Kirin Tor rep. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 05:53, January 6, 2010 (UTC)
I knew as much, but could you tell me what the usual discount is? I wouldn't know how to find out.--Lyco (talk) 05:56, January 6, 2010 (UTC)
It's on the reputation page. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 06:22, January 6, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks much :) now I think I've made myself look stupid enough for one day lol.--Lyco (talk) 06:26, January 6, 2010 (UTC)
