Attack Speed Penalty Edit

It should say what "reduces the attack speed penalty by Z%" means, but I can't find a definition of "attack speed penalty" to put in. SDyuaa (talk) 10:20, 4 July 2008 (UTC)

If you look up Divine Shield, its spell description says "...but increases the time between your attacks by 100%". With 2 points in this talent it means that it'll remove that attack speed penalty. User:Gourra/Sig2 10:25, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
