Second form of Sapta Sight Edit

There is a second form of Sapta Sight granted by a consumable given by Seer Skaltesh in Crystal Hall of the Exodar. This form does not only apply to Shaman, and has a different duration and (slightly) different tooltip. Is that something that should be included/mentioned here?
