Which flight did she belong to?[]

Sarathstra actually does not fit to any exact flights, but the closest one is the red flight with "-sza" suffix. Neltharion (talk) 13:56, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

I initialy thought the same, but now i disagree, and just a few weeks ago changed the article to reflect that. "stra" is not the same as "strasza", in fact it's not even "sza". Could be a variation. More likely i see it as possibly being a green name, females often ending in "ra" (Ysera, Merithra, Risera, Nishera, Vethsera). Maybe also a black dragon (Sinestra). Or a blue dragon considering it's a frost wyrm, and WotLK introduced Magmawyrms and Emberwyrms meaning Frostwyrms may be exclusively blue dragons. So it similar to red's names, but it's not. Could be a green name, but many green females end their names in other ways. Sinestra is not a normal name for a black, it's an adopted name. And warcraft 3 says frostyrms come from the dragonblight which includes dragons of all colors. My point? All these theories (red, green, black, and blue) have significant holes and say nothing conclusive, which is why i made the article flight-neutral. If you put a gun to my head and forced me to pick, i'd say green (red and blue very close seconds), but even then it's my own idea and i would be against putting that in the article.Warthok Talk Contribs 16:00, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I got the idea also that frostwyrms are exclusive to the blue flight, though there is no clear evidence to support it. Two members of the blue flight has turned into different types of undead rather than frostwyrms (Nightbane and Felmyst), though they were not raised by the Scourge. Neltharion (talk) 02:25, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
Exactly what i was thinking, those weren't scourge related, and neither was Teribus, which is only case of a non-blue skeletal dragon. But he is never called a frostwyrm, nor his his flight ever specificly stated. Felmyst got her own 'Fel dragon' model, even if it's a repainted frostwyrm. And Nightbane and Teribus can be chalked up to permenant placeholders, like Arathor and the adult nether dragons (They use Taerar). Every known frostwyrm has been a blue. Thus why even if it's a retcon it's one blizzard can actualy pull off, a "retcon done right" if you will. Still well have to wait for it in writing or at least till we have enough examples to place out of reach of doubt.Warthok Talk Contribs 02:38, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
