Have anyone seen that "tabard" on his chest anywhere else? TherasTaneel (talk) 16:36, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

It just looks like a shirt to me.--SWM2448 00:26, October 12, 2009 (UTC)
For it to be a shirt, the cloth around his legs would have to be a kilt then. TherasTaneel (talk) 04:22, October 12, 2009 (UTC)
I do not think he is wearing a "tabard". It is just a robe or a shirt. What is wrong with it being a kilt?--SWM2448 20:03, October 12, 2009 (UTC)

That's not a tabard, nor a shirt. It's a breastplate. The same as Duthorian Rall --N'Nanz (talk) 09:39, October 13, 2009 (UTC)

It can't be a breastplate, he appears to be a caster. It doesn't go between his legs and it probably is an elaborate robe. Also I don't think his name is an obvious reference. It could be Sarin gas (unlikely) but it isn't obvious. BobNamataki (talk) 16:18, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
The "obvious" part removed, but considering his surname is Starlight, I would still stick to the star instead of the gas. TherasTaneel (talk) 16:33, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
About the star, it's not a famous star so I'd keep it as a reference and not an obvious reference. ok? BobNamataki (talk) 16:44, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
Done allready. TherasTaneel (talk) 16:48, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

It IS a breastplate. Look at the strips at its sides. If you still can't see use wowhead modelviewer and compare his model with Duthorian Rall's one. Otherwise simply play the game and see it by your own.... --N'Nanz (talk) 16:40, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

Hmm, he's a warmage then... TherasTaneel (talk) 16:42, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
Warmages wear light armour. A breastplate is plate. You must be thinking of something else. BobNamataki (talk) 16:45, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
Well, since warlocks are the ones supposed to wear heavy armor, which they don't in WoW, I don't know another WoW-term. Besides, it seems only to be the front plate of the breastplate worn by Duthorian Rall. TherasTaneel (talk) 16:48, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
I don't think NPC outfits are in the same category as players. Take Skybreaker Shield-Mages and 7th Legion Battle Mages for example. They're wearing Alliance PVP PLATE. Tirion Fordring- for all his epicness, is wearing LV70 Outland paladin gear.--Blayaden (talk) 17:05, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

I find a player obtainable look-alike breastplate : Inv chest plate06 [Bloodfist Breastplate] --N'Nanz (talk) 13:12, May 3, 2010 (UTC)
