If your character is blinded, can they not use a scroll? --Fandyllic

As creative as that question may be, all "blind" effects disoriention the target so they could not use ANY item, not to mention a scroll. Scrolls are like all "use" items and are not affected by silencing effects of any kind.

Runescroll of Fortitude buff

Does the buff from Runescrolls of Fortitude stack with the buffs from other scrolls? -- Gordon Ecker (talk) 02:35, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
