Has anyone experimented with how Seal of Command interacts with haste effects such as Scrolls of Blinding Light or Iron Counterweight? Zaranthan 18:53, 10 October 2006 (EDT)

AFAIK, Seal of Command does not depend on weapon's speed, procing stable 7 times per minute, so any things you do to speed up your attack speed will cause no benefit. Though, it will cause no harm too, unlike changing a two-hand weapon with high damage per hit to a one-hand weapon. Unlogic 22:53, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
