Judgement of Justice (Rank 2) Edit

Rank 2 (slows mounted speed) should work against players though?  - CJ talk / cont  04:50, 4 January 2007 (EST)

Im pretty sure blizzard removed this temporary buff dealing with the movement speed after TBC came out.
Tested a judged Seal of Justice against players today (March 19, 2007) and it slowed even mounted players to running speed. Dcrusaderx 17:30, 19 March 2007 (EDT)
Judgement of Justice does not slow but reduces target's speed to 100%. So, if you judge Justice to some ordinar Mage, for example, it will make no effect. But if that Mage is mounted, or has speed increasing boots, it will slow him to 100% of his speed. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Unlogic (talk · contr).

3-5 times? Edit

Isn't this inaccurate since Diminishing Returns was implemented and the maximum amount of stuns is 3 on any one target?

It is confirmed that it is not affected by diminishing returns. It also has no cooldown and can be casted instant over distance. It is the only CC in the game with these abilities.
http://www.wowwiki.com/Diminishing_Returns I'm afraid not, and on top of that I know personally that it is affected by diminishing returns, as I have seen both players and NPCs become immune to it.
The 1.9 patch notes clearly state that Seal of Justice is not affected by DR: Seal of Justice - Mana cost slightly increased. The stun effect's duration no longer diminishes or is diminished by controlled stun abilities and spells (e.g. Cheap Shot, Hammer of Justice, Charge etc...). -- Gresil (talk) 14:49, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Judgment of Justice, Turn Evil, and Leashing Edit

It's possible to use Judgment of Justice, even preemptively, to keep an enemy feared with Turn Evil (and presumably other kinds of fear?) from fleeing. Judging a seal that overwrites Justice will cause the enemy to flee again.

Given the very short range on Judgment, this is not as useful as it could be, but it's worth investigating. Not unlike warlocks controlling things with a combination of fears and Curse of Recklessness. Ansawa (talk) 05:01, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
