Shouldn't the faction references on the designs refer to Shattered Sun Offensive rep required and not the Sands? Exalted looks correct.

There's technically two different versions of most of those items in-game: One based on Scales rep, one based on SSO rep. Since I was in a hurry when creating her article, I just linked to the item articles we already had on-wiki, which were for the Scales version of those items.
