Windfury Proc calculation wrong Edit

Windfury has a 3 second internal cooldown. Over a 15 second shamanistic rage duration, you can only ever have 5 windfury procs, and will probably have less.

Additionally, a weapon with an attack speed that divides 3 (3, 1.5, 1) will have significantly less windfury procs because it'll land right before/on when it could proc again.
