According to Thottbot ([1]), the text reads:

Use: Restores 7200 mana over 30 sec. Must remain seated while drinking. If you spend at least 10 seconds drinking you will become enlightened and gain 20 Spell Critical Strike Rating and Spirit for 30 min.

(emphasis mine)

My question is, does this "enlightened" state stack with Well Fed? That would be pretty awesome.

Okay, I tested it, and "Enlightened" does not stack with Well Fed.
