Drop Confirmation?

I haven't heard that anyone has killed him... how can this item be confirmed drop, seeing that no other items are? Private servers?

He's killed now but before that a group of players hacked the PTR and killed both Sapphiron and Kelthuzad using some bug that gave em much more hp and mana. --- Archaos90

Urn of King Terenas?

I'm guessing that Kel'Thuzad's phylactery is the magical urn that held his remains (and prior to that, Terenas') until his rebirth as a lich. The icon even looks the same, if I remember correctly. Egrem 22:18, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
