Seems funny that Captain is higher than admiral

1. Captain (Trade Fleet rank)
2. Admiral (Trade Fleet rank)

Fixed... however, I'm not even sure why the hierarchy is on this page... since the hierarchy takes place over all the goblins not just within this one organization. User:Coobra/Sig4 04:04, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
